Any project-specific terms, including payment requirements, deposits, revisions, approvals, cancellations, timelines, usage rights and deliverables, will be set out in the documents provided for that project. Where there is a difference between these website terms and a signed contract or accepted project document, the project-specific document will apply.

The information on this website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. You may not copy, reproduce or use our website content, branding, designs or other intellectual property without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Final, paid-for deliverables become yours to use. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing. Concepts not selected remain ours.

6. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

7. Results and responsibility

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, marketing, branding and business results can be affected by many factors, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving information, designs, content and deliverables before they are published or used.
